The sitting room at the front of the house has shuttered windows and comfortably seats 5 or 6 on relaxing sofas, TV with Freeview, digibox, DVD and radio/CD/iPod doc.
Dining table and chairs for 6 people plus high chair on request.

Equipment includes new double-oven cooker, washing machine and dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee maker and all the cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glasses you need.

Small, sunny garden. with sea glimpses, raised deck, tables and chairs. The garden has access to the lane so bicycles and wet gear can be brought right up to the back door. Bicycles can be secured in the back garden.
